Is there any way to make only visible enemies glow? To make it easier to spot people without using wallhack.

For that you can try cham by setting the non-visble color to a transparent color

How do I set it to a transparent colour? It keeps showing up through walls no matter what i try. -

There is a transparency bar on the right of the color selector.I'm not sure if it applies to chams though. -
I tried pulling it all the way up but that didn't work, gonna try it soon using the glow, maybe that will work.

I guess you can't make it on visible enemies only.
