I’ve noticed that once i press F7 and start the server stopper there’s no way to stop it during the game unless i quit and reconnect..
is that correct? or is there a way to stop it once i turn it on?

so like i press f7 and it turns on.. then do i need to pres f7 and turn it off then change settings or i can just change settings and they will update while it's toggled on? and how long it takes to get back to normal?
4-5 is good for making the server rubberband. Give it a good 10 seconds, then turn it off. This makes it so you can control the lag. 20 will just kill the server.
